By using stardewvalleysaveeditor.wiki or downloading an edited save file, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the tool.
1. Service description
The site provides a browser-based editor for supported Stardew Valley save files, along with save-location guidance, backup reminders and compatibility information. Features may be added, changed, paused or removed without notice.
2. Backups and responsibility
You are responsible for making and keeping an untouched backup before editing. You are also responsible for downloading the result, preserving the original filename and testing the edited copy before replacing a working save.
3. Compatibility limits
The editor targets supported Stardew Valley 1.6 save data. Older versions, console exports, unsupported platforms, malformed files and mod-specific fields may not work. A successful download does not guarantee that the game will accept every edited value.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not attack, overload or interfere with the site.
- Do not upload files that contain unlawful or harmful content.
- Do not use the site to violate another person's rights or distribute malware.
- Do not misrepresent this independent project as an official ConcernedApe or Stardew Valley service.
5. Intellectual property
The editor code is reused under the applicable open-source license shown in the project source. Stardew Valley names, characters, artwork and game assets belong to their respective owners. The site is independent and does not claim ownership of those materials.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free parsing, compatibility with every save, or recovery of a corrupted file. Use the editor at your own risk and keep independent backups.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms when the editor or site operation changes. Contact [email protected] with questions or bug reports. Do not send an irreplaceable original save.
